I feel in love with programming when I discovered the potential of helping people.
I’m a neck down quadriplegic on a ventilator.
my condition is entitled “Acute Flaccid Myelitis.
my dream is to build an inclusive environment around gaming and programming.
I handle everything that may come my way.
This program has given me hope.
I’m beyond ecstatic and ready for this!
I am an incoming high school senior from SoCal. I have been gaming since I was a toddler. My intro to games was in an educational setting with ABC Mouse. My first console was a handheld called Leapster Explorer. When I transitioned to games for fun my parents bought me Sonic games which are still a favorite to this day. Nowadays, I like playing Roblox and Fortnite with my family and friends.
Hiii! I enjoy playing silly story-based games, such as Undertale, Ace Attorney, Sam and Max, and more !! Other than that, I also really like practicing my digital art skills :]
Hi, I'm Swarnika, a rising sophomore. I'm a water polo player and swimmer, and this is my fifth year attending GMG. My favorite games are Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros, and Beat Saber.
I enjoy being the pitcher for my softball team, but I also play other sports like football and hockey. Participating in sports helps keep me active throughout the day, making me feel more productive. However, when I am not exercising, I like to stay at home, learn how to cook, learn new languages, and play Minecraft!

Hi, I’m Amelia! I’m a game designer, 2D artist, writer, and rising junior at USC’s Interactive Media and Games program. I grew up stealing Legend of Zelda and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon games from my older brothers, so it’s kind of their fault I’m doing what I’m doing now. I only learned that game design was a career option during high school, but the second I figured out I could use drawing, writing, and computer science— some of my favorite things— to create games, I threw myself at it. I love teaching, and I love video games, so I’m excited to pass on some knowledge and see students’ creativity as they make their own new, incredible games!
