Fourteen years later, she is a Senior Producer and the Head of Casting at Formosa Interactive (and still an actor!). In addition to responsibilities including negotiating talent, scheduling sessions, and overseeing budgeting for Formosa's projects, she also serves as casting director for games of all genres and sizes, from small one-off mobile games to larger AAA titles within beloved franchises. Her days are often spent building and distributing character breakdowns, in headphones reviewing VO auditions, and glued to her laptop screen, evaluating on-camera reads for performance capture. Her favorite part of the job is helping to connect the creatives on the dev side with the performers best suited to help them tell their particular stories. Oh, and saying to an actor, "You booked it!" That's pretty cool, too.
She is currently the Head of Casting.
